A clear approval process protects your order

For a confirmed custom order, we prepare one piece for approval before producing the remaining garments. If you only require a standalone sample, it is charged at the applicable development cost.

FABRIC SELECTED BY GARMENT

Better choices for the way each uniform is used

There is no single fabric that suits every uniform. We recommend composition, weight and finish according to the garment and working conditions.

Healthcare scrubs

Practical polyester and TR options, higher-quality stretch cotton and TR suiting, plus selected Pima, rayon and bamboo/Tencel blends.

Formal tailoring

PV, gabardine and TR options through England TR, stretch and nano finishes to premium wool blends, chino stretch and linen.

Chef & cargo garments

Minimate polyester, Toray 65/35 twill, premium Pima cotton and selected Toray Japan options.

Shirts, polos & T-shirts

Poly-cotton, Oxford, modal, Swiss cotton, honeycomb, Dri-Fit and jersey constructions selected by role and quality tier.

Exact composition, GSM, colour, finish and availability are confirmed in the quotation and sample approval.

MEASUREMENTS & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

Fit support with clear time limits

We arrange individual employee measurements and fittings at the showroom or eligible company locations. Site measurement charges depend on location and order value and are waived when the applicable local threshold is exceeded.

After delivery

One alteration-support service is provided within seven days for custom orders. After seven days, alteration work is charged at the standard rate.

Manufacturing defects or specification mismatches must be reported within three days. Confirmed affected items will be replaced.

IMPORTANT ORDER TERMS

Know the process before production begins

What makes this different from a B2B bulk order?

Custom Orders are made to measure for individual employees and include measurements and fittings. B2B bulk orders use standard garment sizes, even when the design, colour, fabric, quality and branding are customized.

Can every employee receive a personalized fit?

Yes. Each employee can be measured individually and the garments prepared to the approved measurements and fitting requirements. This is suitable for company suit packages and other uniform programmes where standard sizes are not sufficient.

Can a custom order be cancelled?

No. A custom order cannot be cancelled after submission. Before production begins, sizes may be changed and quantities may be increased, subject to revised cost and timing.

What are the payment terms for local orders?

Samples require 100% payment. Orders up to AED 5,000 require 100% advance. Orders above AED 5,000 and below AED 20,000 follow 70% advance and 30% within seven days of delivery. Orders from AED 20,000 follow 50% advance and 50% within seven days of delivery. Orders above AED 100,000 follow 40% advance, 30% when ready before delivery and 30% within seven days of delivery.

What are the terms for export orders?

International and export orders require 50% advance and the remaining 50% before export.

What are the branding minimums?

Printing generally starts from 20 pieces. Embroidery can be completed from one piece; pricing varies by quantity. For five pieces or fewer, frame/setup charges may apply separately; above five pieces they are normally included in embroidery pricing.

Can garments be reordered later?

Yes, subject to fabric and trim availability. Keep the approved specifications and remember that individual body measurements can change over time.
